About ABC Windows

Founded in 1959 by Robert “Curley” Vogt, ABC Windows got its start manufacturing and installing custom replacement aluminum windows out of their San Francisco Noe Valley shop. Curley had the early insight that the best way to ensure customer satisfaction was to manufacture and install his own products with a single warranty that covers both. ABC Windows has grown over the past 60 years with our new manufacturing plant in Vacaville, CA and expanded product line. We have maintained the family business structure committed to customer satisfaction providing a top quality product, manufactured and installed by ABC Windows.

ABC offers both Replacement and New Construction Windows.

All Replacement/Retrofit Windows are custom made to fit the exact opening of the house by our in-house field technician. Our technicians have been trained to design a window that maximize the glass space while eliminating the need for stucco or siding repair.
New Construction Windows are also custom made to specific size, colors and details. This includes a nail on fin that is incorporated into the waterproofing of the house.

ABC’s optimum vinyl window systems are certified by the National Fenestration Rating Council (NFRC) and exceed the requirements for the Energy Star Rating.

All installations are performed by the company’s own factory crew members.

ABC Windows is fully insured with the appropriate workman’s compensation and liability plans assuring customers with piece of mind regarding their own liability during installation.

ABC Windows uses Quality Materials

Frames: In 1990, Curley decided to offer vinyl windows in addition to the aluminum windows that he had been manufacturing since the company’s inception. After extensive research to find the best vinyl products to utilize for his frames, VEKA, which is a worldwide leader in the industry with a local extrusion plant in Reno, NV. Glass: The most visible component of any window is the glass. It is imperative to utilize the right type of glass to fit the customer needs of maximizing sun exposure in certain neighborhoods while minimizing it in others. Another factor is the aesthetic desires and city code requirements. We have partnered with the largest glass company on the west coast, Cardinal Glass, to provide a wide array of LoE, laminated, tempered, and obscure glass options. Insulation: We insulate our own glass units in house with state of the art machinery and the best insulator on the market provided by Quanex.
